What is the standard weight Navy Seal?
I have 16 now, and I've been taking shape with the guidelines of the Navy seal. I'm in the process of gaining mass muscular, and have been eating healthy "calorie" foods and protein shakes. But really I'm not sure what the average weight is on the stamps. Any response would be greatly appreciated. U.S. Navy seal standard weight is what? This is serious please no relevant answers. In another way of saying that, in general, what is the weight of a typical seal?
There really is no "typical" weight of a Navy SEAL. Weight / Size of a postage stamp does not really matter, what matters is the level of fitness. While you are in very good shape, you'll be fine. Bulking up is definitely good, but not necessarily have to go to the gym every day to be fit enough. Make sure you run frequently as it will run a lot in BUD / S. In addition, bending should be your favorite exercise in the chest as he will do this every day, along with things like flutter kicks and crunches to the ab workouts. Being able to push out at least 75 to 80 push-ups without rest and around 100 crunches to be at a competitive level of fitness. I hope this helped some. For Incidentally, I read about a Navy SEAL, once weighed only 125 pounds. He was able to complete the career development of a mile 14 on the 3 rd phase of BUD / S while carrying 100 pounds of equipment. So as I said, fitness is key weight and height is not.
