Becoming a kindergarten teacher with a great English?
Ok, I will graduate with a degree in English with emphasis on writing creative, but am considering becoming a kindergarten teacher. Where do I go from here? I know I have not had a major in education primary, but I'm sure there must be other steps you can take, other classes they can take after graduation to help me? I just want to know that someone without a higher education, but with a college degree to start.
Try to visit kindergartens and schools, and ask them what their needs are, and then take it from there. Also, check out local colleges for courses in education, perhaps to attend a workshop to help you, and you can learn about it through teachers working in schools or universities where these workshops are given.
