No, the only way to ressurect a sim is when the grim reaper is there, for a close friend of the deceased to ‘plead for their loved one’. All you have to do is click on the grim reaper when he’s their to take the sim’s soul and click ‘plead for loved one’. If he already took the soul then no, your sim is gone forever. Sorry.
